Whether it’s a company party, an annual summit, a charity event, a groundbreaking, a new release, a milestone celebration, or whatever else your company is gathering together for, we can document it. Our professional photographer will show up dressed according to your company standards for the event, and will carry out their duties with the utmost professionalism. We’ll make sure we understand what and when the important moments are so we can be sure to capture them. We’ll select the very best photos and give them some basic editing to make sure they look great. Finally, we’ll provide a written release licensing all of the provided photos for unlimited Collateral Use by your company. This includes internal use for company documentation, company websites, internal displays (printed and/or digital), meeting notes, presentations, company owned social media pages, etc. In the rare case that you’d want to use an event photo for marketing or advertising, licensing for that can be negotiated on a per-image, per-use basis.
